CougarMommy is a metadata-driven indexing platform. We do not host, store, or transmit any video files.

  • We maintain no server farm for content storage.
  • Form submissions (name + email) are stored securely in our database solely for the purposes stated in Section 1B.

4. Third-Party Content and Embedded Videos

All video content is embedded from third-party hosting providers. We are not responsible for the legality or privacy practices of those external sites. Copyright complaints should be directed to the actual file host. We will remove indexed metadata upon valid request (see Section 8).

5. Age Restriction and Children’s Privacy

This website contains sexually explicit material for adults only. By accessing CougarMommy, you certify that you are at least 18 years of age (or 21 in jurisdictions where 21 is the legal minimum). We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we learn a minor has submitted information, we will delete it immediately.
